When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Verin will drive conversation. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. She worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. She tends to her Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Thava is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Thava lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She takes great joy in being the best Cook in town.

History: Born in the south to a Cook, Akta learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now owns her own business.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
