History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Matilda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Detective, but she got bored and became a Mercenary. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Ombul learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
