History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Kadana hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Aura lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At some point she was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Butcher, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Rael was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
