Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears dull yellow sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. He wears his white hair up. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. Quarion enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Quarion was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears a colorful flower in her black hair. Her eyes are silver and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Markosian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand her business

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trym grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Trym was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trym decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Aldous has worked very hard to control his curse. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tattered old clothes. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Ozyman is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Adventurer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Blacksmith and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This slender man stands about 2'11". He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is silver and curly. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Gildmak's homeland. Gildmak decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
