Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Valafar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east to a Gardener, Valafar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Gardener for the past few years.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Cloud hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Vistra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. One day when Armara was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Armara was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of her son

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
