He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Locksmith father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jebeddo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jebeddo studied abroad. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
