History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Ilanis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right.
