Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Lance was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lance decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Daar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Daar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Daar. Being a Bather kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Farmer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Halimath was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Farmer for the past few years.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and balancing his hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
