History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Through the years after Hillanot was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hillanot's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She struck the Banker job and began her own company from there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tharivol's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Wiggan took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Farmer for the past few years.

His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Serpent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Manea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
