Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her white hair is still thick. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed grey hat.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Melissa abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a tan coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His hair is short and blonde. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Heian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Heian was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Thradal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.
