Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Sutha learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
