History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: 3'2" and muscular, this western woman is wearing a tight red one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her chestnut hair is still thick. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she desires power and/or immortality

Her golden hair is singed and shortened. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and regain custody of her son

Description: This malnourished man wears a green coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His crest is black and very short. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Dyer business.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has shaved his head bald. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Barrister like his mother before him.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Nybarg was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears dull red sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He tends to his Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and further expansion of business

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Antinua was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Antinua's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
