Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Corkitron embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Nikki learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cook. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cook for the past few years.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Spice Merchant. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This woman is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on her left hand. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her small blue hat.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born into a rich family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She tends to her Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Right-Handed wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Detective but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Pearl speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
