Through the years after Anakis was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anakis's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Left-Handed enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Left-Handed alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mason and was forced into it by his family.

History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Mantus was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Map Maker responsibilities is difficult.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born into a rich family. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker father left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He takes great joy in being the best Shepherd in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
