History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Therlin grew up listening to her father's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Dain has worked very hard to control his curse. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: River hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Mantus was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mantus's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Mantus and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She tends to her Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Luthra has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Luthra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Varg was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His childhood dream was to be a Mason, but he was a colossal failure. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
