Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Balam was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
