Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Erevan hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Erevan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erevan. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has achieved small success as a Fisher.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Dustin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
