History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Yevelda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is obsessed with her god.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
