She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Blacksmith like his father before him.

History: Shanairla was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
