History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Percival was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cook. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.
