She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She got into the Map Maker business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: Margery hails from a village terrorized by goblins. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Gifted from a young age, Blendaeth studied abroad. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Blendaeth took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Blendaeth was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gerbo's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gerbo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerbo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
