History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to end her boredom

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tyna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Bathin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting goblins, the young Enna began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and seeks redemption

Description: This malnourished man is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and tan handkerchief worn on his left side. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oppleby embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Oppleby was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Born in the north to a Bounty Hunter, Jo learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is unsatisfied with her job
