Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Valafar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Fletcher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with brown slacks. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise gold.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He stands about 5'2" and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is still thick. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed grey hat.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Alex is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barkeep.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Vicky hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many gnolls want her driven away

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her ears are large.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Diesa liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a warhammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
