When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Personality: Mella hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Verna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Verna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When Marigold reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Merchant. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Naeris was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Stableman mother left him crippled. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Mayor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Delg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Delg decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
