Personality: He is happy with his job as a Glassblower. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has worked as a Glassblower like his father before him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He is baby faced.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Iados was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and pastel handkerchief worn on her left side. She carries with her a set of tridents on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. She has done her best to style her gray fur to look like a famous performer. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sweet fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple pastel line shooting up and back down. Her brown hair is lengthy. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Agnes alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Agnes was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. A friendly and beautiful Tabaxi, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: She was born in the west. Dagger liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
