She has no fur. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a barkeep and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Fletcher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she wants to get laid

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She takes great joy in being the best Barber in town.

History: Sorath was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She struck the Barber job and began her own company from there.

His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Mercenary again; and he is unsatisfied with his job
