History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cumpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.

Mara decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She bought a sickle and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Igden was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Servant. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Servant for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and regain custody of his son

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She bought a longsword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
