She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Althaea lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Assassin, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: Kite speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Kite was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kite decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Priest. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Tarhun enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tarhun grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tarhun. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Priest for the past few years.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Healer for the past few years.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.
