His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shedinn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Animal Trainer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Animal Trainer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. The war was a terrible time for him, and Five does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Five grew up listening to his father's many stories. He worked as a nervous Barrister and found it very stressful. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: Standing 2'10", this woman is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. She wears her golden hair down. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Shivering liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fletcher, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her poetry dream.
