History: Grai was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has worked as a Cartwright like her mother before her.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Doctor business.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She bought a pickaxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Osco was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Osco's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against brigands

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Burana was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and retire the richest woman in the north

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shaena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
