Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he wants revenge against orcs

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Laborer. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly axes and quarterstaffs. She keeps her red hair in a flapper bob. She has a dull look in her green eyes.
Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Quelenna was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quelenna decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She got into the Carpenter business at a young age. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She struck the Carpenter job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Naal began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Braak wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
