Description: 3'4" and muscular, this eastern woman prefers to wear flannel. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are likewise green. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born in the east to a Cook, Mardnab learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor. He has done his best to style his white fur to look like a famous performer. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A 5'7" eastern man, he usually wears his grey robe and has his monstrous two handed axe always slung over his shoulder. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born into a rich family. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Reirak will drive conversation. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Cook job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears a red shirt with thin white vertical stripes and brown pants. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is a Mayor first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Portia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Portia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Portia. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
