History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Detective mother left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
