History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Hlin lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Interpreter, and she later adopted a second son.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
