History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a great chef.

History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. After coming to the age of reason, Ulfgar took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and half-elven compassion

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she feels threatened by others

She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.
