History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Serpent was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Serpent's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Mason, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: Keyleth is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Keyleth was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Jade was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
