He has done his best to style his red crest to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dragonborn culture. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
