History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Halimath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a Barber, his father struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
