Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Beggar father left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carpenter for the past few years.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Krakhorn hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Krakhorn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Krakhorn. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Susannah was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Seamstress. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'2" when asserting herself. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her ears are large.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
