Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears just a blue suit. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Sariel was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her dark red hair is still thick. Her eyes are likewise black. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Guard mother left her crippled. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theobald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Theobald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Theobald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her red hair is long and unkept. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Malquis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and gnomish compassion

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Gifted from a young age, Diesa studied abroad. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barkeep business.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Grigi reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
