History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Great alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Cartwright and occasionally as a mercenary.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She usually wears her grey robe and has her pickaxe always slung over her shoulder. Her golden hair is thinning but still full. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Kathra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Kathra was born with her mother's beautiful face. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born in a small island village. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and regain custody of her daughter
