Description: A middle-aged man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. His scarlet crest is still thick. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pandjed was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing, and is pretty ugly. His silver crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Apothecary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available she will default to her bow. Her blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Sannl was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He carries with him a set of crossbows, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Mhurren took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in a small forest village. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a Apothecary, her father struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and retire the richest woman in the south

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He is physically well-built. His black hair is thinning but still full. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Navigator, and he later adopted a second daughter.
