History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.

History: Vola was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Vola alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: Flask was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Flask took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
