Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. She wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ilanis will drive conversation. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ilanis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This northern man prefers to wear flannel. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a Ruler, his father struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This malnourished man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His red fur is still thick. He has yellow eyes and a pastel hat with a red feather.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Shivering was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears dull yellow sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a simple red robe with white stripes complete with hood. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: 6'3" and muscular, this northern woman wears a green shirt, with a yellow mid length skirt with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her brass crest is singed and shortened. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: She is a mite stocky and is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She has done her best to style her white crest to look like a famous performer. Her red eyes peer out from beneath her broad black hat.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He takes great joy in being the best Body Guard in town.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Body Guard. He has achieved small success as a Body Guard.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She keeps her long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Nalaed hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age her father died while driving off some gnolls. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in dagger use. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nalaed fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and revenge
