Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Balifra was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Dyer. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is short and brown. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He takes great joy in being the best Shipwright in town.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His childhood dream was to be a Tanner, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Shipwright soon after.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
