Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available she will default to her lance. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joan grew up listening to her father's many stories. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by lycanthropy.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This slender man stands about 6'2". He wears a white costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Mûg speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carpenter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He got into the Sculptor business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her monstrous two handed axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. Her lavender fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.
History: Emerald lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. After a long history of fighting, Mehen and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: John hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, John was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
