Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Gerbo was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gerbo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he wants revenge against giants

Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she seems to be bored by most things

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mardred was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
