Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Orcs. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Ogbur reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.
Motivation: To be a Interpreter again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His red hair is braided into rings. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Zed took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Mishann was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: She was born in the south. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs. She has dyed her greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She is a Lamia in disguise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud
