History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ortegar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Ronwe was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her first spouse was a Performer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ethereal grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Brewer and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Harbek and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gifted from a young age, Baggi studied abroad. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
