History: She was born in a small island village. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Xanaphia and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Naamah will drive conversation. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Naamah hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and revenge

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a Courier, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a red poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her red hair is well kept. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

History: Shedinn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has achieved small success as a Laborer.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and expand his business
